ISF will be equally divided to box sharing participants. ISF and ARRIVAL NOTICES will be sent through DM in twitter.
Rules:
- NO SHARING OF ADDRESS, if caught penalty of PHP500.00 will be charged.
- Strictly for photo cards, post cards, small items or light items only.
- Either side cannot exceed 100CM and the sum of all 3 sides cannot exceed 150CM for every shipment.
- STRICTLY items in any form of liquid and/or gel are NOT ALLOWED (All liquids and all products containing or packed with all types of batteries, electronic components, stand-alone delivery of batteries, separate batches of dry and lithium batteries). If sending items with batteries (ex. Khino kit), please inform me so that I can declare it.
- Jewel case and lightweight albums are allowed but maximum quantity is two pieces.
- For USA, only TRACKED MAILS are allowed, NO STAMPED MAILS.TERMS & CONDITIONS
a. If you will use my address, please declare your items in the DECLARATION FORM immediately. ONE TRACKING NUMBER = ONE DECLARATION FORM.
b. If the declared items exceed 1 pound, it will be the buyer’s responsibility to shoulder and pay for the full International Shipping Fee.
c. Declaration of the total amount of items per tracking number is necessary for insurance purposes.
d. Photos and videos of the items will be upon arrival in PH address. Shipping consol does not open packages.
e. ISF is divided equally to box sharers and according to weight. Take note that ISF is not inclusive of packing fees (when delivering from my PH address to yours). Updates through Items Tracker.
f. Missing parcels will be refunded based on the insurance amount declared. Unclaimed items will be disposed after three months.
g. Once parcels are ready to be consolidated (ready to pack in HK Main warehouse), parcel owners will be notified and invoices will be sent through twitter DM for collection of International Shipping Fee/ISF.
h. Upon arrival in PH, please allow ample time for sorting of items before shipping it to your address. After sorting, please take note that additional fees for packing may apply diepending on the items. Photos before and after packing items will be sent accordingly through DM.
j. I will not be liable for any damages done in the international and local shipping process as well as packing errors and undisclosed damages of your items from your sellers as it is beyond my control.
k. Please always be courteous and kind. Avoid being rude and irresponsible.
l. ETA of parcels from different warehouses to HK warehouse are as follows:
- KOREA [3-5 Days to HK] Shipping every Monday to Friday
